3rd Annual Drug Toss
Franciscan Health Care Center
Thursday, May 20th, 1 p.m. - 3 p.m.

Franciscan Health Care Center is a participating location for the 3rd Annual Drug Toss.

Look for the blue canopy in the parking area at Franciscan Health Care Center and drive-by to hand your items to a volunteer.

You will not have to get out of your car!

What could be easier?  

Pharmaceuticals should never be flushed down the toilet or drain, burned in the open or thrown in the trash.

What items will be accepted?
- All expired or unused pharmaceuticals
- All unsealed syrups, eye drops or nose sprays
- All pharmaceuticals that should have been kept cold but were not
- All bulk or loose tablets and capsules
- All unsealed tubes of creams, ointments, etc.

Please note – this event is geared to help our community and area residents safely dispose of expired and unused medications.  No medical offices, please.

All collected pharmaceuticals will be destroyed by the Louisville Metro Police Department Narcotics Division.  The plastic and paper containers will be recycled by Louisville Metro Solid Waste.
