Franciscan’s rehabilitation center proudly offers a variety of physical, occupational and speech therapies, as well as a variety of programs tailored to your individual needs. We also provide interdisciplinary care planning, medication administration, medication review by consultant pharmacist and an attending physician who specializes in rehabilitative medicine. Our highly skilled and educated therapists, nursing staff and attending physician work with each patient and family to design a plan of care. This ensures that each patient can make the progression from a successful rehabilitation to the place where one truly wants to be—home.
