- Maintenance-free living includes all maintenance
of your apartment, the common areas and the exterior
of the community
- All utilities are paid for, including cable TV, except
the telephone and Internet connections/monthly rates.
Assistance provided in establishing these services

provided on a regular basis by our life-enrichment department.
